Any insurance quote, illustration, recommendation, application, or policy is subject to product availability, eligibility, underwriting, insurer approval, and the terms and conditions of the applicable insurance contract.

Insurance coverage only takes effect if and when all requirements of the applicable insurer are satisfied and the insurer confirms that coverage is in force.

3. Needs Analysis and Quote Requests

The needs analysis form is intended to help begin the insurance review process. It may ask for information about your goals, family responsibilities, income needs, mortgage or debt obligations, existing coverage, coverage interests, and other information relevant to your inquiry.

A needs analysis form is not an insurance application. Additional information may be required before any quote, recommendation, application, or policy can be provided.

You agree that the information you provide through this website will be accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge. FSRA’s consumer guidance notes that accurate information helps an insurance agent recommend options that fit a consumer’s needs, and that insurance applications may involve underwriting and risk assessment.

4. Insurance Products and Availability

Descriptions of insurance products, coverage types, features, benefits, riders, limitations, exclusions, or planning uses are provided for general educational purposes only.

Product availability, eligibility, premiums, features, exclusions, limitations, underwriting requirements, and approval depend on the applicable insurer, product, jurisdiction, and your personal circumstances.

We may update, modify, remove, or discontinue website content, product descriptions, educational materials, or available service areas at any time without notice.

5. Relationship With Insurance Companies

Ladnar Life Insurance is not an insurance company and does not underwrite, approve, issue, or administer insurance policies.

Insurance products, if applied for and approved, are issued by the applicable insurance company. 

The insurer is responsible for underwriting decisions, policy issue, premium requirements, contract terms, claims decisions, and ongoing policy administration.

Any insurer name, product name, or description used on this website is for identification and educational purposes only. The applicable insurer’s official policy contract, application documents, illustrations, and disclosures govern the actual terms of coverage.

6. Licensing and Jurisdiction

Ladnar Life Insurance provides information and services only in jurisdictions where the relevant insurance professional is licensed or otherwise permitted to do business.

If you reside outside a jurisdiction where we are licensed or authorized to provide services, we may not be able to assist you with a quote, application, recommendation, or insurance transaction.

FSRA states that life and health insurance agents in Ontario are required to be licensed, comply with applicable insurance law, disclose the insurers they represent, disclose conflicts of interest, and maintain errors and omissions insurance.

7. No Financial Planner or Financial Advisor Title Representation

Unless expressly stated otherwise, nothing on this website is intended to represent that Ladnar Life Insurance or its owner/operator is acting as a Financial Planner or Financial Advisor under Ontario’s title protection framework.

In Ontario, the titles Financial Planner and Financial Advisor are regulated and may only be used by individuals who meet the applicable credential requirements.

This website is currently focused on insurance education, insurance needs analysis, and insurance-related inquiries.

If you submit a form, request a quote, complete a needs analysis, or otherwise contact Ladnar Life Insurance, you may be asked to consent to being contacted about your inquiry.
